The item you are looking at is a 5 Link suspension system designed for S10's. The main wshbone is designed to clear the factory gas tank and the front lower links bolt into the factory leaf spring hangers.
The rear portion of this kit comes with all the lifting bars and crossmembers needed to get the truck flat off the ground and raised up for plenty of clearance.
All tabs and lifting bar bushings will be supplied but welding will be required.
One piece notches are also included and also require welding . This is a weld on application it is very reccomended a certified welder does all the welding.

The kit is well built has nice welds. Any improvements would be to add zerk fittings to the bushings and some provision for shock mounts.
